Sacha Omon AI Publishes a 144-Page White Paper on How Agentic AI and RAG Are Entering the Enterprise
129 sources, a ready-to-fill project requirements framework, and one finding: 88% of organizations use AI, yet 95% of the pilots studied produced no measurable P&L impact.
September 15, 2026 — Sacha Omon AI, developer of a multichannel agentic AI sales agent, today publishes its first white paper: “How Agentic AI and RAG Are Entering the Enterprise — Right Now.” Available in English and French, the 144-page document draws on 129 referenced sources, including the financial filings of Alphabet, Meta and Salesforce, McKinsey’s global surveys and the MIT Project NANDA report.
Written by Salomon Bellaïche, founder of Sacha Omon AI, the white paper is aimed at CEOs, sales and marketing leaders and CIOs who use AI every day without having had the time to understand what is behind it: what a model is, who builds it, what it does with their data, why it gets things wrong, and above all what needs to be built around it for it to deliver results.
The enterprise AI paradox
According to McKinsey’s global survey published in late 2025, 88% of organizations regularly use AI in at least one business function. Yet the MIT Project NANDA report estimates that after 30 to 40 billion dollars invested, 95% of the integrated pilots studied had produced no measurable P&L impact. The authors point less to a lack of model power than to a lack of memory, context and process integration.
The white paper starts from another figure. In 2025, Google and Meta together reported 490.9 billion dollars in global advertising revenue, more than 1.3 billion dollars per day spent creating purchase intent. Then comes the click, the call, the message. That is where value gets lost: in August 2025, Marc Benioff revealed that more than 100 million prospects who had contacted Salesforce over twenty-six years were never called back, for lack of human capacity. Four months later, Salesforce acquired Qualified, an AI SDR agent vendor, for 1.2 billion dollars.
“If this happens to the world’s leading CRM vendor, how many requests are waiting somewhere else today?” asks Salomon Bellaïche.
Three parts, one playbook
- Why now? The enterprise AI paradox, the platforms shaping the market (AWS, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce), and quantified customer cases.
- How it works. LLMs, agentic AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) explained in the order needed to decide: the business problem, the expected experience, the architecture, security, governance and measurable results.
- How to deploy. The 7 structuring questions of the project requirements document, the 8 rungs of stair-step deployment, the 14 decisions to document, governance, and the mistakes to avoid.
One distinctive feature: a script reproduced word for word, to paste into your own AI. It asks eight questions, one at a time, then drafts a first version of the company’s project requirements document. Ten to fifteen minutes is enough.
The white paper also includes an overview of model providers, a glossary, a methodology section, a 2017-2026 timeline of how modern AI was built, and every source as a clickable link. Data is current as of August 19, 2026.
“Buying a license is not building an agent”
“Thirty years ago, every company was told it had to be on the Internet. They bought a website. The ones that won were those who understood what had to be built around it. Thirty years later, the same scene is playing out, with one difference: the pace,” says Salomon Bellaïche, founder of Sacha Omon AI. “This white paper exists for one reason: to put into everyone’s hands, a CEO, an employee, a student, a civil servant, what I couldn’t find myself.”
